Am I eligible for a concession?
Yes, you are eligible if you upload a valid student card or seniors card during the registration process.
When should I register by if I want to present my abstract?
Abstract submitters MUST register by Wednesday 31 January 2024 to be able to present their abstract. However, we recommend that you register as soon as possible.
How do I register for CoNGA24?
Please use this link register for CoNGA24. A standard pass is $1000 and the conference is from 20-21 February 2024 at the ICC, Sydney.
How do I register for AeRO Forum?
Please use this link to register for AeRO Forum. A standard pass is $250 and it will held on 21 February 2024 at the ICC, Sydney.

Where is SupercomputingAsia 2024 located?
SupercomputingAsia 2024 is being held on Level 2 of the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney. Please use this google link for an exact location.
How do I book accommodation for SupercomputingAsia 2024?
Accommodation can be booked by delegates during the registration process. If you have registered but not yet booked accommodation, please contact SCAsia2024@gmail.com to arrange.
When should I book accommodation to secure the discounted conference rates?
Accommodation should be booked as soon as possible as they are limited rooms available at the discounted conference rates. Bookings should be made prior to Friday 12 January 2024. ICMS can not guarantee that bookings made after this date will have the discounted room rate.
What should I do if I want to make any changes to my accommodation booking or can not select the dates I require?

Abstract notifications are sent to the presenting author by now. If you have not heard anything from the conference organiser, please contact SCAsia2024@gmail.com.
About oral presentation
It is anticipated oral presentations will be allocated 20 minutes for presentation, including question time, however the committee may like to offer some authors more or less time based on presentation content and interest in the subject matter.
About poster presentation
An A0 portrait size poster that will be displayed for the duration of the symposium.
Presenters will also be asked to attend their poster during a poster viewing session to discuss the poster with other delegates.
Authors are responsible for the printing of their posters and arranging the transport of their poster to and from the venue.

Conference publication
Will SupercomputingAsia 2024 publish my abstract?
SupercomputingAsia 2024 do not publish abstracts after the conference however conference presentation authors are encouraged to submit a full-length paper using the same abstract submission link by following the guidelines.
- Full-length papers will enter the Best Paper Award competition where the first prize winner receives $3000, second $2000 and third $1000.
- They also have a chance to be accepted as a submission into a special edition of the Advanced Theory and Simulations journal (reserved for SupercomputingAsia 2024).
